The third 24:7 Theatre Festival begins today and runs until 30 July. 17 new plays will be performed in a number of non-theatre venues in Manchester, all within strolling distance of St Peters Square tram stop.
Preparation for the annual festival begins in January, when writers and performance companies are invited to submit[.....]
