I have mixed feelings about New Year. I always feel a little sad at midnight on New Year’s Eve; sad about the passing of another year and about the people who are no longer with us. And although Christmas doesn’t officially end until Twelfth Night, it marks the end of the festivities[.....]

Last Saturday I attended the end of year show for students of Fashion Design and Technology at Manchester Metropolitan University. The event provided the opportunity for students to showcase their final collections at the end of a tough 4 year course.
