Crafty Fox Market

This weekend is shaping up to be very festive indeed. I have two more events to share with you.

The Crafty Fox Christmas market opens its doors tomorrow morning at 11am and runs for two days. You can browse over 50 stalls of handmade goodness from hand-drawn plates, to screen printed t-shirts, to handmade leather bags. I am also reliably informed that a range of knitted beards will be on sale, to finish off your Santa costumes.

When you’re all shopped out relax with a workshop and soak up the tunes from a local DJ or partake in a tipple or two at the bar or pop-up tea room.

What: Crafty Fox Market
When: Saturday 10 December starting at 11am, closes 5pm on Sunday 11 December
Where: The Dogstar, 389 Coldharbour Lane, Brixton, SW9 8LQ
What Else: Free Entry

Vintage on the Bay

Vintage on the Bay

If you’re in the North West on Sunday pop along to Vintage on the Bay, so called because it takes place in the seaside town of Arnside which overlooks Morecambe Bay.

There will be 22 stalls of vintage and handmade loveliness including the very best of nostalgia-inspired design, art, jewellery, ceramics and textiles from bygone eras, mixed with an eclectic range of vintage fashion, accessories and homewares.

Round off your visit with tea and cake courtesy of Time for Tea.

When: Sunday 11 December from 10am until 4pm
Where: Arnside WI Hall, Orchard Road, Arnside, Cumbria, LA5 0DP
