‘Despite their diminutive size little wrens are feisty birds who fill our world with beautiful songs.’
Little Wren Pottery is a ceramics studio run by English potter Victoria Baker, in the northern city of Sunderland. Sunderland has a history of producing good quality robust ceramics which today still hold their value in antiques auctions.
Victoria’s work is functional and designed for everyday use but it is handsome too. Warm earthy tones and rich textures make these pieces highly covetable. Each one is unique and hand thrown, painted and finished by Victoria herself. Her inspiration comes from Japanese pottery, travelling in Europe and other local English potters.
Yep, these would definitely brighten up morning brew time.
