Charliemotel

Charliemotel

I was excited to discover a new-to-me Etsy store called Charliemotel. Swansea-based designer Megan Tucker has produced a charming range of cards and artwork, all based around her cute illustrations. But unfortunately the shop is about to close down.

Before Megan folds down her virtual shutters for the last time, she has marked everything down to 50%. There are some great bargains to be had and lots of Christmassy stationery.

You’ll have to be quick for this: www.charliemotel.etsy.com.

Baby slippers by Wilo

How can you resist these? I very nearly bought some myself and I don’t even have a baby. They’re made from good quality yarns including organic merino and baby cashmerino and are hand knitted in Cambridge by Willo.

Ooh and they cost just $20 (approx £13). Tempted? Go to www.willo.etsy.com.

Looking Glass

The party season is upon us again. If you’re looking for something glamorous, feminine and romantic check out the Looking Glass label. Emilie Barson and Claire Davey have worked together to create a fresh, quirky, vintage-inspired collection. Sumptuous, tumbling layers of chiffon and lace trims contrast with plunging necklines and smouldering palettes.

These are classic pieces that can be dressed up and down and at £79.50 to £120, you won’t need to break into your gift fund.

Shop now at www.lookingglassstore.com.
