I was watching ‘Ugly Betty’ the other week (have you seen it yet?) and couldn’t help but notice the jewellery worn by Christina, the character played by Ashley Jensen. Lots of long layered necklaces all worn together. I really like this look and I’ve been looking around for similar styles.

As luck would have it I came across Side Dish Bijoux. The designer behind the jewellery is Farah Durrani Aponte. She was originally educated in Fashion and Period Costume Design and became drawn to the accessories that completed her fantasy driven outfits. Her jewellery is bold and striking with a little bit of an edge.
