Hopelessly Creative
Usually one of my main criteria when buying a bag, besides how it looks of course, is whether it will fit my book in it. But this doesn’t always apply because there are those occasions when travelling light is preferable. For instance, going out to dinner or the pub, going to see a film or play or when you can predict with some certainty that you won’t have to queue or use public transport. On these occasions I favour the clutch because it’s so neat and elegant.
I came across a new site last week. The recently formed Hopelessly Creative has some very pretty clutches, like the Charlene Lotus bag, for example. It’s made of grey polycotton twill, with a patterned tie which gives a glimpse at the inner lining.
And if you absolutely must take your book, Hopelessly Creative can accommodate you with a number of roomy styles, like the Amanda Lotus (above right).
