I have to say that I’m in awe of Hannah Kopacz from Made with Love by Hannah. Her fun and sassy handcrafted clothing is just beautiful. In fact it’s taken me 30 minutes just to decide which garments to feature in this post.

My final choices, as you can see, are the charming Edelweiss and Distlefink skirts. The Heidi style Edelweiss Skirt is made from a heavyweight fabric with woven woolly yarns and decorated with woven ribbon, embroidered ric rac, criss-cross yarn and jumbo red heart buttons. The Distelfink Skirt has been hand screen printed with smooching birds surrounded by a printed decorative stitching design and ending with a flirty flounce.

The design detail in all of Hannah’s garments is so intricate that the clothes themselves are almost like pieces of art. And the prices are very reasonable, given the amount of work that has gone into each item – just $56 (around £29.50) for Edelweiss and $62 (around £33) for Distelfink.
