Gentille Fille

Caroline Sirand, self-confessed ‘Jill-of-all-trades’, is inspired by all things vintage. She frequently scours thrift shops and auctions from around the world and converts her vintage fabrics and jewellery finds into ‘one-of-a-kind feminine and flirty pieces’.
Take the Queen of Hearts scarf, for example (above). This is one of Gentille Fille’s signature lines and is made from felted vintage wool sweaters which have been cut into hearts and sewn together to create a soft, warm and jaunty scarf.

Her jewellery has a similar quirky, nostaglic feel. Her pretty Prima Ballerina earrings (above), made from vintage plastic irredescent ballerina charms and mixed with plastic and gold hearts and faceted glass beads, will delight gentille filles everywhere.
